- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Prepare the chicken wings:

- Wash the chicken wings thoroughly under cold water and pat dry.
- Place the wings in a large bowl and drizzle with vegetable oil. Mix well to ensure all wings are evenly covered.
- Sprinkle the chicken wings generously with Helvetic Barbeque Sauguät Rub and massage gently to ensure they are well coated.
Prepare the grill:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. A temperature of about 180-200 degrees Celsius is ideal for the preparation of Buffalo wings.
Grill chicken wings:
- Put the marinated chicken wings on the grill grate and grill them for about 20-25 minutes.
- Flip the chicken wings every 5-7 minutes to make sure they are grilled evenly.
- The chicken wings are ready when they have a crispy golden brown color and the meat juice is clear.
Prepare Buffalo Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix the Helvetic Barbeque Original Sauce with the melted butter.
- If you like, you can use additional hot sauce, depending on how spicy you like it.
Brush chicken wings with Buffalo sauce:
- After removing the chicken wings from the grill, place them in a large bowl and pour the prepared Buffalo sauce over them.
