Helvetic Barbeque Original Sauce Burger

How to prepare a delicious burger with Helvetic Barbeque Sauce for 5 people quickly and easily. The whole process takes no more than 30 minutes.


  • 1 Kg minced meat
  • 1 pc. Onion
  • 2 pcs. Garlic cloves
  • Pepper and salt
  • 10 tablespoons Helvetic Barbeque Original Sauce
  • A little butter or oil
  • 1 pc apple
  • 2 pcs. Carrots
  • 3 pcs. Endive salad
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil

First, peel and chop the onion and garlic. Mix the minced meat in a bowl with the chopped onion, garlic and 5 tablespoons of Helvetic Barbeque Original Sauce. If you have more time, you can let the mixture sit in the fridge and if you want it to go faster, you can start shaping the burgers. To do this, take a handful of meat and knead it into a ball, squeezing it a little at the end.

In the meantime, you can cut the apple, carrots and endive lettuce into small pieces, mix and enrich with vinegar and oil.

Now you can season the burgers with pepper and salt and fry them on both sides in the pan preheated with butter or oil. Then let them sit in the covered pan until they reach the desired doneness. Use the tops of the buns to wipe the juices from the pan or place the tops of the buns briefly on the grill and toast. Spread the bun bottoms with Helvetic Barbeque Sauce, place the burger on top, sprinkle with lettuce and top with the bun top.
