Have you ever tried oysters from the grill? Click here for the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • Oysters ( as much as you like)
  • Helvetic Barbeque Salt-n-Pepper Rub

First, heat your grill to around 220 – 240 degrees. Then place the oysters on the grill with the curved side down. The curved side should face downwards so that the seawater does not leak out as the oysters.

Now check every 5 minutes to see if the oysters are opening. Once they open, add a pinch of Helvetic Barbeque Salt-n-Pepper Rub per oyster to the opening and let it soak in for two three more minutes.

Now is the time to serve the oysters!!!

PS: If you did everything right, the oysters open quite easily and have a consistency similar to scallops….
