The grill chef Pascal Heiniger invites you to “Gizifleisch” in any form, which is marinated with our Helvetic Barbeque Original Sauce. Honestly, at first I was also skeptical about the “gizi meat” on the grill, however, I must now confess that it is very tender and not “bocklet” at all.
Of course Elodie, Dani and Pascal are also good hosts who know how to fulfill every wish of their guests. Even if a guest with a Coke Pet bottle at the grill master wants to take a little Helvetic Barbeque Sauce for home.
Definitely one of the most relaxing places in Andermatt!
