Slice the zucchetti and the onions, you can use one onion per zucchetti. After that you can put the vegetables in a temperature resistant dish.
Season the vegetables with our Salt-n-Pepper Rub, a little too much rather than too little.
Now you can pour the beer over the vegetables and put the whole thing on the grill. Stir from time to time until the liquid is reduced and the vegetables are nice and soft.
