Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 1/2 watermelon, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red onion, sliced into thin rings
  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100g black olives, pitted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt ‘n’ Pepper Rub from helvetic-barbeque.ch

For the pasta:

  • 300g wholemeal fusilli
  • Salt for the cooking water

For the bratwurst:

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta:
  • Cook the fusilli in a large pan of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  1. Greek salad:
  • In a large bowl, mix together the diced watermelon, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion rings, feta cheese and olives.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Season with the Salt ‘n’ Pepper Rub from helvetic-barbeque.ch and mix well.
  1. Grilling sausages:
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the sausages on the grill and grill for approx. 10-15 minutes, turning regularly, until they are nicely browned all over and cooked through.
  1. Serve:
  • Divide the fusilli between plates and arrange the Greek salad next to it.
  • Add the grilled sausages and brush generously with the Original BBQ Sauce from helvetic-barbeque.ch.
