Today I’m sharing a fantastic recipe that’s perfect for your next barbecue adventure. With high-quality ingredients such as Wagyu burgers and the delicious products from Helvetic Barbeque, this dish is guaranteed to be a hit!
Ingredients:
- Wagyu burger patties
- Salt ‘n’ Pepper Rub from Helvetic Barbeque
- Original BBQ sauce from Helvetic Barbeque
- Burger buns
- Onion rings
- Gherkins
- Potatoes
- Green beans
- Bacon strips
- Corn on the cob
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Sauguaet Rub from Helvetic Barbeque
Preparation:
- Wagyu burgers: Season the wagyu burger patties generously with the Salt ‘n’ Pepper Rub. Leave the spices to soak in for about 15 minutes.
- Country cuts: Cut the potatoes into even slices. Place them in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and the Sauguaet rub. Mix everything well and place the slices on a baking tray.
- Bacon beans: Wrap a small handful of green beans with a strip of bacon at a time. Repeat this until all the beans have been used up.
- Corn on the cob: Brush the corn on the cob lightly with olive oil and season with salt.
Barbecue:
- Wagyu burgers: Place the patties on the preheated grill and grill them over a medium heat for around 4-5 minutes on each side until they have reached your desired degree of doneness. Just before serving, brush the burger patties with the Original BBQ Sauce from Helvetic Barbeque.
- Country cuts: Place the baking tray with the potato wedges in the preheated grill or oven and bake at 200°C for around 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Turn them occasionally so that they cook evenly.
- Bacon beans: Grill the bacon bean packets for about 10-15 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the beans are tender.
- Corn on the cob: Place the corn on the cob on the grill for about 15-20 minutes. Turn them regularly so that they grill nicely all around and get a light browning.
Dressing:
- Assemble the burger: Toast the burger buns briefly on the grill. Then top the bottom half of the bun with a Wagyu burger patty, add onion rings and gherkins and top with a dollop of Original BBQ Sauce. Place the top half of the bun on top.
- Serve: Arrange the country cuts, bacon beans and grilled corn on the cob on a plate. Place the burger next to it and enjoy your masterpiece!
Enjoy your meal and have fun barbecuing!
