Today I’m sharing a fantastic recipe that’s perfect for your next barbecue adventure. With high-quality ingredients such as Wagyu burgers and the delicious products from Helvetic Barbeque, this dish is guaranteed to be a hit!

Ingredients:

  • Wagyu burger patties
  • Salt ‘n’ Pepper Rub from Helvetic Barbeque
  • Original BBQ sauce from Helvetic Barbeque
  • Burger buns
  • Onion rings
  • Gherkins
  • Potatoes
  • Green beans
  • Bacon strips
  • Corn on the cob
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sauguaet Rub from Helvetic Barbeque

Preparation:

  1. Wagyu burgers: Season the wagyu burger patties generously with the Salt ‘n’ Pepper Rub. Leave the spices to soak in for about 15 minutes.
  2. Country cuts: Cut the potatoes into even slices. Place them in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and the Sauguaet rub. Mix everything well and place the slices on a baking tray.
  3. Bacon beans: Wrap a small handful of green beans with a strip of bacon at a time. Repeat this until all the beans have been used up.
  4. Corn on the cob: Brush the corn on the cob lightly with olive oil and season with salt.

Barbecue:

  1. Wagyu burgers: Place the patties on the preheated grill and grill them over a medium heat for around 4-5 minutes on each side until they have reached your desired degree of doneness. Just before serving, brush the burger patties with the Original BBQ Sauce from Helvetic Barbeque.
  2. Country cuts: Place the baking tray with the potato wedges in the preheated grill or oven and bake at 200°C for around 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Turn them occasionally so that they cook evenly.
  3. Bacon beans: Grill the bacon bean packets for about 10-15 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the beans are tender.
  4. Corn on the cob: Place the corn on the cob on the grill for about 15-20 minutes. Turn them regularly so that they grill nicely all around and get a light browning.

Dressing:

  1. Assemble the burger: Toast the burger buns briefly on the grill. Then top the bottom half of the bun with a Wagyu burger patty, add onion rings and gherkins and top with a dollop of Original BBQ Sauce. Place the top half of the bun on top.
  2. Serve: Arrange the country cuts, bacon beans and grilled corn on the cob on a plate. Place the burger next to it and enjoy your masterpiece!

Enjoy your meal and have fun barbecuing!
