The Menzi is committed to the region, the craft and its family tradition.
They take a rigorous stance on regionality. Since 2019, they are completely free of imports in fresh meat. They also purchase their meat from farmers in Glarus, so they can guarantee species-appropriate husbandry and short transport routes.
It is produced fresh daily according to traditional recipes and new creations.
