Suckuät, the name says it all! This spice preparation is to meat, vegetables, raclette, fries, in the pasta sauce and also on the pizza simply sauguät!
For this spice mix we used cane sugar, Zuge smoked salt, paprika, garlic, Maggia pepper, chili, thyme and oregano. The cane sugar gives the grilled food a nice shiny surface and does not char.
Our tip: when marinating, let the seasoned salt soak in for about 1 hour for every 1 cm of meat thickness.
